Howard Cohen has had extensive experience in real estate transactions, most notably at the beginning of his career. Not only do we have the solicitor's experience in real estate transactions, but we also have successfully litigated a claim against a real estate agent for negligence and breach of fiduciary duty in the Supreme Court of Ontario. As a result of the solicitor's work that he has done in this area, he is especially suited to conduct complex real estate litigation.
