No Criminal Convictions in Porn Theatre Case

Lorne Sabsay appeared in the Ontario Court of Justice on April 17th in relation to our client K.D. The client was charged with Indecent Act in a public place, Obstruct Police and Escape Lawful Custody. As a result of our representations, the Crown withdrew the Indecent Act and Obstruct charges. The client was granted a conditional discharge on the Escape charge.
