Robbery Charge Withdrawn

Lorne Sabsay attended Ontario Court of Justice (Toronto West) today and obtained the withdrawal of a robbery charge for our client, A.R. The client, in addition to two other males, had been charged with robbery. After viewing the videotaped statements of the victims of the robbery, Lorne was able to point out to the Crown the problems they would have obtaining a conviction, notwithstanding the Crown's own evidence. The Crown agreed and withdrew the charge.
